The range
Four families of vehicle, and what each is for
Every vehicle on this page belongs to one of four groups. Picking the group first makes the rest of the choice quick.
Panel vans are the Toyota Hiace, the Nissan Urvan and the Ford Transit. Enclosed and lockable, they carry most deliveries, flat moves and trade stock, and all three are covered by an ordinary UAE car licence.
Open pickups take loads that are long, dirty or lifted in over the side. The 1-Ton Pickup runs on a car licence. For heavier loads there is also a 3-tonne drop-side, which needs a heavier licence or one of our drivers.
Refrigerated vehicles hold one setting between −18 °C and +5 °C for the whole run. The 1-Ton Chiller Van is the only one you can drive on a car licence; the 3-Ton Chiller Van is rated above that category.
Trucks are the 5-tonne and the 10-tonne, with a dry or a refrigerated body. Both need a heavy licence, which is why most customers take them with a driver.
Before you pick
Three things to settle before choosing from the list
Most wrong bookings come from one of these, and each takes a minute to check.
Length before weight. A load almost always runs out of floor before it runs out of payload, so measure the longest item first and compare it with the load lengths above. The size guide walks through it with a worked example.
The licence of whoever will drive. The line falls at 2.5 tonnes empty or 2 tonnes of cargo, and the licence guide explains exactly where. If nobody on your team holds the heavier category, any vehicle can be booked with a driver of ours instead; a driver day is AED 250 and covers nine hours.
How long you need it. Day rates run from AED 150 for the pickup to AED 800 for the 10-tonne, and a week or a month costs noticeably less per day. The rate card has every vehicle on one table.

Every vehicle, drawn to the same scale
Payload is rarely what runs out first — length is. Compare the load spaces side by side before you decide, because the difference between a Transit and a 3-ton body is one trip instead of two.
Figures are the internal load space of each body, taken from the specification on that vehicle’s own page. Bodies vary slightly between units, so if your load is close to the limit send us the dimensions and we will check the exact vehicle before you book.
