Most customers never visit us. The vehicle comes to them.
Delivery anywhere in Dubai is included in the rate. We bring the vehicle to your home, office, warehouse or site, and collect it from the same place when the hire ends.
Outside Dubai we price the delivery by route before you commit: Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The emirate pages cover what changes on each route, from van rental in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi to chiller work in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
If you would rather collect, the yard is at 26 Al Seyahi Street, Nadd Al Hamar (open in Google Maps). Message us before you set off, so we can confirm the vehicle is at the yard rather than out on a delivery.
Next steps
What happens after you get in touch
A message to us turns into a booking in three steps, and none of them involve a call centre.
First, a figure. We reply with a price for your vehicle, your dates and your route, built from the published rate card plus anything the route adds, such as delivery outside Dubai or kilometres beyond the allowance.
Second, availability and documents. We confirm the vehicle is free and tell you exactly what to send. Documents are checked before the vehicle moves, so the handover itself takes minutes. Company hires need the business’s trade licence plus a signed letter listing its drivers, and commercial van rental sets out the rest.
Third, delivery at the time you asked for. For monthly contracts and fleets, email is usually easier, because it keeps quotes and purchase orders in one thread; see monthly rental for how those are priced.
If something goes wrong during a hire, message us on WhatsApp at any hour. Every hire already includes roadside help and a substitute vehicle. If a chiller has stopped cooling, keep the doors shut and read what to do in the first thirty minutes while we arrange the next step.
