Why we started
Van hire in this city is harder than it should be
Ask five Dubai van rental companies for a price and you will get five versions of “call us”. Ask what the deposit is, what the mileage limit is, or who pays the Salik, and it goes quiet.
We started Prime because the frustrating part of renting a van here was never the van. It was not knowing the number until you turned up, finding out about a charge after the fact, and being handed to somebody different every time you called.
So we published the rates. All of them, including the ones that are not in your favour — the mileage cap, the delivery charge to Abu Dhabi, the late return fee. It is on the rates page in a table, and the invoice matches it.

Four rules we hold ourselves to
The price is the price
Everything chargeable is published before you book. If it is not on the rates page, we do not bill you for it.
The van is our problem
Servicing, insurance, registration, breakdowns and replacements sit with us. You rented a working van, not a project.
Say no when it is a no
If your load will not fit, or your licence is not accepted, we tell you before you pay rather than at handover.
One number
The WhatsApp that quoted you is the one that answers at 6am when a route is at risk. No call centre, no ticket number.

From a 1-tonne pickup to a 10-tonne truck
Panel vans, pickups, chiller vans and trucks in every size a customer normally asks for. Servicing is scheduled rather than reactive, and a vehicle that is not right does not go out.
